Two of our products (i.e. RADLite and Any-Automate) are being deployed in MIPS (insert full name here) to complete numerous activities such as booking patient appointment, cancellation of such appointment (where necessary), transfer of patient records and images to remote radiologist, etc.
Typical setup and usage of our products in MIPS is done in this way:
A process is broken into several individual steps.
Each step is analysed to determine what type of technology it needs (automation or teleradiology suite).
Depending on its needs, RADLite or Any-Automate is deployed to execute that step.
E.g. if the step involves retrieval of patient historical data, RADLite is used. If it involves screen-scrapping (i.e. recognition or extraction of info on screen) or any OCR related activity, Any-Automate is used.
Our performance thus far has been commendable.
Monthly volumes completed rose by 600% in first year alone (i.e. from 400 to 2800). Further increments are projected.
